Interbet Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Interbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the Interbet website available at interbet.ws and any associated services, products, applications or content offered through it.

By accessing the Interbet platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any Interbet service in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using Interbet immediately and close your account.

These Terms apply to all Interbet products including but not limited to cricket betting, PSL betting, football betting, virtual sports, online casino, live dealer games, crash games and poker. Where a specific product carries additional rules — for example, poker room rules or casino bonus terms — those rules apply alongside these general Terms and, in the event of any conflict, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product.

To use Interbet's betting and gaming services, you are required to register a player account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid Pakistani contact address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and entitles Interbet to close your account immediately.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Interbet account only. Multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, different email addresses, different phone numbers or any other variation — are expressly prohibited. Where Interbet identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and all balances in those accounts forfeited without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your Interbet password must not be shared with any third party. Interbet will never ask you to share your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility. • One account per person, per household and per device is the standard limit.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Interbet account.
• Interbet reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
• Accounts created using false identity information will be closed and all balances withheld pending investigation.

Interbet is strictly a platform for adults. The minimum age to register and participate in any Interbet service is 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Interbet takes age restrictions seriously and will request supporting documentation — such as a CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID — to verify age at any point.

Where Interbet has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended pending age verification. During suspension, no withdrawals will be processed. If verification confirms the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all bets and casino activity will be voided regardless of outcome, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any payouts already made.

Interbet processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals where applicable:

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 500, withdrawals typically processed within 5–15 minutes
• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 500, withdrawals typically processed within 5–15 minutes
• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, standard processing times apply
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, standard processing times apply
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — minimum Rs 1,000, typically processed within 2–6 hours on business days
• Visa / Mastercard — minimum Rs 1,000, subject to card issuer processing times

Withdrawals at Interbet are processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and protects both you and Interbet. Where the original method cannot be used, Interbet's finance team will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Interbet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own fees — these are outside Interbet's control and Interbet bears no responsibility for them.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by Interbet's payments team. Requests that trigger anti-money-laundering checks may take longer to process and may require additional documentation. Interbet is entitled to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

Interbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. These general bonus terms apply to all offers unless otherwise stated.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your Interbet account are not immediately withdrawable. Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it qualifies for withdrawal. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means Rs 50,000 must be wagered on qualifying games before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are issued only once per person, per household and per IP address unless the specific promotion permits otherwise.
• Interbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including via duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering or exploiting errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

All sports and virtual betting at Interbet is subject to the following rules. Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of these rules for that bet.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number and your account balance has been updated to reflect the deduction. Interbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without giving a reason. Refused bets are not placed and the stake is returned.

Odds Changes: Pre-match odds are subject to change up until kick-off or the start of an event. Once a bet is confirmed and given a reference number, the odds are locked for that bet and cannot be changed by either party.

Live Betting: In-play odds are updated continuously. During brief suspension windows around goals, cards or other significant events, bets cannot be placed. Bets placed immediately before a known event that has already occurred but has not yet been reflected in the odds may be voided at Interbet's discretion.

Postponements and Cancellations: If an event is postponed before it starts, all bets on that event are void and stakes returned. For events abandoned after starting, Interbet's sport-specific settlement rules apply — generally, completed portions of the event are used for settlement where a clear result exists.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum bet is Rs 200 for sportsbook markets. Maximum stakes vary by market and are subject to change. Contact Interbet support for information on stake limits for specific events or markets.

All casino games available on the Interbet platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios licensed in recognised gaming jurisdictions. Each game operates using independently audited random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained presenters.

Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all casino games are accurate and provided by the respective game studios. These percentages represent long-run statistical returns and do not guarantee any individual player's results over any individual session.

Casino game results at Interbet are final once confirmed by the game engine. Interbet does not have the ability to alter individual game outcomes and will not accept disputes based on outcomes that fall outside of a player's statistical expectations.

• Minimum casino bets start from Rs 50 for slots and Rs 200 for live dealer games.
• Casino winnings are credited to your Interbet balance immediately after game settlement.
• In the event of a game malfunction during a round, the stake for that round is returned and the round is void.
• Interbet reserves the right to remove any casino game from the lobby at any time without prior notice.

Interbet operates on the basis that all players engage honestly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, bet/game voiding and potential permanent closure:

• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting differences between Interbet's odds and those of other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, software tools or any automated system to place bets or play casino games on your behalf.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, providing false information or coordinating with other players to claim bonuses beyond the permitted limits.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at poker tables or in other competitive formats to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting System Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of pricing errors, software bugs or incorrectly offered markets.
• Matched Betting: Using Interbet's free bets or bonuses in a systematic way designed to extract guaranteed profit with no genuine betting intent.

Where Interbet reasonably suspects any of the above, it reserves the right to void affected bets, cancel bonus funds, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account. Interbet may report patterns of suspected fraudulent activity to financial institutions and relevant authorities.

Interbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any product-specific rules
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Detection of fraudulent activity, collusion or cheating
• Age verification failure
• Anti-money-laundering investigation requirements
• Player-requested self-exclusion
• Regulatory or compliance requirements

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Interbet may forfeit any balance within the account. Where an account is closed for operational or regulatory reasons not related to player misconduct, any genuine, legitimate balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also close their own Interbet account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately with no delay.

Interbet takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income, a solution to financial problems or a compulsive habit. Interbet provides the following tools to help players maintain control:

In the event of a casino game malfunction during an active round, that round is void and the stake is returned to the player. Winnings accumulated in previous rounds before the malfunction are not affected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Interbet's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the platform or any services provided shall not exceed the value of the stake or deposit made in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Interbet is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity failures on the player's side
• The player's decision to place a bet or play a casino game
• Errors in information published by third-party data providers
• Events beyond Interbet's reasonable control (force majeure)
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions
• Unauthorised access to a player's account due to failure to protect login credentials

Nothing in these Terms limits Interbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Interbet reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, Interbet will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account or via an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of Interbet after a change to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any change, your only remedy is to stop using Interbet and close your account before the changes take effect.
